Belgium: New Transfer Pricing Unit Introduced and Documentation Circular Announced, 19 May 2006 - Belçika

Belgium’s state secretary in charge of combating fiscal fraud recently announced new structural measures in the area of transfer pricing. A mobile squad of officials specializing in transfer pricing will be created within the department in charge of combating fraud. These officials will start conducting transfer pricing audits on 1 July 2006.
