Azerbaijan - New law on changes and amendments to the tax code
The Parliament of the Azerbaijani Republic has adopted the Law “On Changes and Amendments to the Tax Code of the Azerbaijani Republic” (hereinafter, the “Law”), which is effective from 1 January 2006. The most significant changes are set out below.
