Amendment of Czech VAT Act – Insolvency procedure
|

|
As part of the new Insolvency Act several changes shall be implemented also in the Czech VAT Act. These changes shall mainly deal with the different terms used within the newly defined insolvency procedures. Furthermore, the amendment should define stricter rules for deduction of input VAT and submission of VAT returns during the insolvency procedure. As the Insolvency Act was turned down by the Senate, it was returned to the House of Representatives for further hearing.
