Information on the taxation of income of employee attorneys
|

On 10 April 2006, the Ministry of Finance published on its website regarding the taxation of income employee attorneys under the amended Act on Advocacy. By amending the Act on Advocacy, a new legal institute of "attorney employee" was introduced with effect from 1 April 2006.
