The EU Commission on February 26 published a third communication on the work of the EU Joint Transfer Pricing Forum, inviting the EU Council to endorse the proposed Guidelines on Advance Pricing Agreements and the member states to implement the recommendations included in the Guidelines in their national legislation or administrative rules.
