Issues Discussed in 2006 Annual Meeting between IRD and HKICPA. The Taxation Committee of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant (“HKICPA”) holds annual meetings with the IRD to discuss tax issues arising in practice. The minutes of such meetings are published by the HKICPA as Tax Bulletins. The inutes of the January 2006 meeting were recently issued as Tax Bulletin 18. The following are the major items discussed at the meeting.
