Luxembourg: Appeals Court Concludes Denial of Group Treatment Does Not Violate EU Law - Belçika

On 19 April 2007, the Luxembourg Administrative Appeals Court denied
the fiscal integration regime to five Luxembourg sister companies
owned by a Belgian parent company, overturning the decision of the
Administrative Tribunal issued on 23 August 2006.
