The Small Business Tax Amnesty and Amendment of Taxation of Laws Bill (No. 14 of 2006) and the Second Small Business Tax Amnesty and Amendment of Taxation of Laws Bill (No. 15 of 2006) have been published (refer Government Gazette No. 28936 dated 13 June 2006). The Bills contain some of the tax changes announced by the Minister of Finance in his Budget Speech on 15 February 2006 and provisions relating to the small business tax amnesty
