  • Tax Reform Panel to Recommend Cutting R&D, Other Business Breaks as Part of Proposals – The President’s Advisory Panel on Federal Tax Reform this week began unveiling details of two tax reform proposals that will likely be in the panel’s final report, including the possible elimination of the research and development and other “special” business tax credits.
